There is a 30 day return policy on everything, and exchanges are offered as well.

A returned piece needs to be in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the return is down to a defect or a mistake at our end, in which case it is on us.

Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. Exchanges are offered within the same 30 days; tell us which piece you would like instead and we will hold it while yours comes back.
What if the piece arrives damaged?
Write to us with a photograph within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out; the return postage is on us in that case.
