This is a Mundrabilla Iron Meteorite Specimen from Australia. Beautiful museum grade meteorite with a unique form. The measurements of this meteorite are 1.0" long, and just under 0.75" wide and the weight is 15.44 grams.
The Mudrabilla Meteor smashed into the Earth's surface in Australia around 1,000,000 years ago on the Nullarbur Plains. The meteorite was discovered in 1911 with an astonishing total weight of 22 tons of meteorite was found. This meteorite would be an excellent addition to any meteorite collection.
